Onboarding Fee
A $500 non-refundable onboarding fee is required to get started. This covers your 1-hour onboarding call, EMR configuration, system checks, and go-live setup. Founding clients receive a reduced rate of $250. No minimum contract length. A 30-day cancellation notice is required with no cancellation fees.

Practices seeking end-to-end billing support, improved cash flow, and full visibility into their revenue cycle.

Credentialing
$250 per provider, per insurance
We handle the credentialing process for your providers so you can get in-network and start billing insurance plans without the paperwork headache.
A/R Cleanup Projects
$1,500 for 5-10 clinicians · $2,500 for 10+ clinicians
If your accounts receivable has gotten away from you, we come in, sort through the aging claims, and get your A/R back to a clean, manageable state.
1:1 Strategic Consulting
$250 per hour
One-on-one time with Rebecca or Sarah to work through your billing strategy, revenue cycle questions, or growth planning for your practice.
Insurance Contract Review
$200 per contract
We review your insurance contracts so you know what you are actually owed, can identify underpayments, and go into negotiations with the right information.

Our procedures incorporate role-based access controls, encrypted communication methods, and strict adherence to the minimum necessary standard to ensure the confidentiality and security of your patients’ information.

Yes. We require a $500.00 non-refundable onboarding fee. There are no fees to cancel services. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation to allow us to complete billing tasks and hand them over to the practice.
